Return and Refund Policies

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order — provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is the same condition as when you received it.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for quick resolution.

⚙️ How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order number, product name, and a photo or video showing the issue (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our support team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

Once approved, we’ll guide you on sending the item back through one of our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.).

💰 Refund Process

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Depending on your payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds are provided via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged accessories

  • Screen protectors, cables, or open packaging items

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return courier charges.

Want to exchange for a different product or color?
We’ll gladly arrange it if the item is in stock.
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll handle the rest.

💬 Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible — you may request a return after delivery.
